Last updated November 4, 2026
The Virtual Print Shop (“we”, “us”) is the printing service of Ship Short Hills, 514 Millburn Avenue, Short Hills, NJ 07078. This page explains what we collect when you use thevirtualprintshop.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your request: your name, phone number, email, and the job details you enter (size, paper, quantity, finishing, notes). If you choose shipping, your shipping address.
- Your files: the documents and images you send us to print.
- Basic technical data: standard web server logs needed to run the site.
How we use it
Only to quote, print and deliver your job and to contact you about it. Your files are sent to our store email and used only to print your order. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share your files with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your files only as long as needed to complete your job and handle any reprint, then delete them. Order details (without the files) are kept as a record of the job.
Who helps us run the site
Google Firebase (website hosting and processing your request) and Gmail (delivering the order email). No one else sees your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your files or order record at any time, and you can send a job by phone or in person instead of the website. Call (973) 376-4909 or email info.shipshorthills@gmail.com.
